How to be a True Super Hero!

By leanne | How to be a Super Hero

How to be a Super Hero!  Kindness is Key.

 Super hero Kindness

Super Heroes!  Everyone has grand visions of caped crusaders and people with super natural powers fighting the evils of the world to save us from impending doom.  At least that is the vision cation packed movies give us.

That, although very entertaining, is all fantasy!  Conflict made up to make the super heroes a possibility.  But are there super heroes in real life?

They don’t look like Captain America, Wonder Woman, Iron Man or Batman.  They look like you and me.  That is because they are you and me if we choose to be one.

How can that be?  Think about what the world needs most right now.  What seems to be missing.Kindness-Inspires

Kindness.  Compassion. Courtesy.

We all have the power within ourselves to give those to others.  If we all, all 7 billion, were intentional in giving more kindness daily.  Think of the impact that would make on the world.  We would be able to reduce so many of the problem the world faces that has its roots in selfishness, greed, indifference, and animosity..  If we all took a moment everyday to do 1 extra act of kindness, think of all the happiness and good that would come from that.  Our acts of kindness may prevent a suicide, give a child the sense of security, create feelings of community and belonging.  The possibilities are endless.  Those who are on the receiving end of your kindness will see you as a super hero.  Kindness is so rare in this microwave, convenient society, that your kindness will seem a superb act.  Maybe your kindness will inspire them to also spread kindness and become a super hero in turn.

The Master Key Experience taught me how to become a hero and the value it has for everyone.  Do you want to learn to become your own hero too?  Sign up for early notification for the next MKE course below.

How to be 40 Something and Feel Confident for the First Time

By leanne | Continuation , Gaining Confidence

ConfidenceChampion, this is not the word that comes to mind when I think of myself.  I’m like a lot of other people.  If I take a moment and really look at all that I have accomplished, all the challenges I have faced and come out a winner, then I can see myself as a champion.

Too  many times we glorify the word champion.  Winning our own personal struggles makes us winners; a hero in our own lives.

One of the biggest personal struggles ChmapionI battled with throughout my life is confidence.  I still don’t know the origin of my feelings of unworthiness.  That’s OK!  I am eternally grateful to have woken up from that life of always feeling the victim!

My wake up call was the Master Key Experience.  Through the lessons taught in it, I conquered my feelings of inadequacy.  I discovered three things to feel confident.

1. I am perfectly made:

I always have believed in God.  I know that God and all He created is perfect.  I never really took the concept all the way back to me.  God made everything perfect and he made me; therefore I am perfect.  God doesn’t make mistakes. I am who and what I am for a reason and that reason is perfect.

2. Fake it until you believe it:

We’ve heard how if you’re sad, try smiling even if you don’t feel like it in your heart.  Even do some laughs and before you know it your state has changed and you feel happier.  Your day is suddenly brighter.

The same holds true for anything you want to be but don’t yet fully believe.  The more you practice feeling confident, the more your brain starts to believe it.  What you focus on expands.  So focus on the positive and on being confident and one day you will wake up to a new more confident you.

3. It is a choice:

Wow was that a zinger for me to learn.  EVERYTHING we do, think, or feel is a choice. EVERYTHING!  When presented with a situation, how we respond to it is a choice.  By making a conscious decision to respond confidently, we are choosing confidence over unworthiness.  It feels so much lighter, happier, and freeing to make a conscious decision to be confident.  If you choose to respond with confluence enough you will find your body will crave it.

Yo can discover your won confidence.  Join me this fall in the Master Key Experience.  Sign up below for early notification.

I Survived When There Was No Hope. Want to Know How?

By leanne | Continuation 2016 , I Survived

Surviving your mistakes

Survival can mean so many different things depending on the circumstances and the person defining it.  Here is what the dictionary says it means:

the state or fact of continuing to live or exist, typically in spite of an accident, ordeal, or difficult circumstances.

In the hectic pace of modern society, most of us are living in survival mode, just barely existing, running the rat race that has become the false American dream.  Most feel like there is no hope to even begin to race toward their dreams.  I was there.  I survived.

Sure I still have days where I revert back to that old blueprint, habit.  The thing that helps me survive is that I have the tools now to pull myself out of that mere existence and to true freedom.

How did I do this?

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Wayne Dyer

The beginnings of my pulling myself out of survival mode was this concept.  This and the concepts taught in the Master Key Experience helped me to change my perspective on life.  I learned it is my life to live and it IS worth living.  It is up to me to make that happen.

I believe the Master Key Experience is what helped clear up my vision and helped me to find my true self.  It taught me about the power I had within myself to make anything I desired happen. In finding my true self I found hope again.  With hope all things are possible. So we must live inside that hope, truly living right in it.

With hope in my heart, I had the strength to try new things and to follow my heart’s desire.  I didn’t know how I was going to do it, but I just Hopebelieved it was in me to make it happen.  Things fell into place and now at the end of this one of many small adventures on the road of life, I can say I survived and am a published author.  A thought I had tickling at the back of my mind that is now reality.
You too can find your true self and hope can return.  The Master Key Experience is available for everyone.  It is a pay it forward program and the next class is coming soon.  It can help you change your perspective and bring you freedom from just existing to truly living your life.  Sign up below and get on the list to be notified of when this life changing course becomes available again.

Success in Life

By leanne | Continuation 2016 , Success in Life

Success in Life is Being True to Yourself

What really is success?  As Og says in The Greatest Salesman in the World

Which two, among a thousand wise men, will define success in the same words

What is success to one person may not be success in the eyes of another person.  What is common among everyone is the feeling of success comes when we are true to being our authentic selves. In so many areas of life today we are programmed to someone else’s idea of what we should be.  It has become ingrained in us that we go to school, get good grades and get a good job.Be Yourself

Is that what is authentic for everyone? NO.  Is it for you?  That is a really great question we should ALL be asking ourselves.  True happiness and success  comes from doing what we love.  The reason we are happiest when we are doing what we love is because we are listening to our true selves.

When you are asked to do something you really don’t want to do, how do you feel.  What emotions does it illicit?  Are you happy?  Have you ever asked yourself why you aren’t happy?  Did you feel successful?

Now turn it around and think of a time you were really doing something you enjoyed.  What emotions were you feeling?  How was your mood?  How was your take on the world around you and your mental state?  Were you happy?  Did you feel like you were successful in these moments?

Our PathMore often than not you probably had a sense of success in the second scenario when you were enjoying what you were doing.  No one wants to be forced to do things we don’t want to do, yet the majority of us do that daily with the jobs/ careers we have found ourselves.  We are not listening to our heart and being authentic.  It then effects the world around us and the negative feelings that go with not liking what you are doing brings down your productivity, motivation, mood, and many more aspects.  All of these will affect your ability to succeed.

So, take time to listen to your heart.  Discover your true self.  If you need help try a self discovery course to help guide you to your deepest desires.  One like the Master Key Experience which helped me discover my authentic self.  I took the course over a year ago and my confidence in my self has sky rocketed.  I also have published my first book.  This was an idea that was sitting in the back of my head, that I never really thought would come to fruition.  Thanks to learning what my true self was and living that true self, I now have the feeling of success in this area of my life.  You can have it too.  Interested in learning how?  Sign up for the early notification for the next course below and see how much your life can change too.Cultivate Your Authentic Self

Success can be yours!  Let your light shine.

MKE Week 23- Today I Will Be Master of My Emotions

By leanne | MKE Week 23- Today I Will Be Master of My Emotions , Uncategorized

Today I will be master of my emotions.

The tides advance, the tides recede.

Winter goes and summer comes.

Summer wanes and the cold increases.

The sun rises; the sun sets.

The moon is full; the moon is black.

The birds arrive;the birds depart.

Flowers bloom; flowers fade.

Seeds are sown; harvests are reaped.

All nature is a circle of moods and I am a part of nature, so like the tides, my moods will rise; my moods will fall. — Scroll VI

Moods change like the seasons. Unlike the seasons we can take control of our moods and direct them in the way we want them to be.

If I feel depressed I will sing.

If I feel sad I will laugh.

If I feel ill I will double my labor.

If I feel fear I will plunge ahead.

If I feel inferior I will wear new garments.

If I feel uncertain I will raise my voice.

If I feel poverty I will think of wealth to come.

If I feel incompetent I will remember past success.

If I feel insignificant I will remember my goals.

Today I will be master of my emotions.

I may wake up feeling one way.  If it is a negative state I have the power to use the Law of Substitution and Dual thought to turn that unto a positive state.  It is only by being in a positive state that I will be able to attract the opportunities and things I need to propel me toward my bliss.

It may not be easy to control our moods, but nothing that is worthwhile is easy.  With the awareness of my moods, I will become more aware and understanding of the moods of others around me. I can then help them better and perhaps  even teach those who are open to it, to become their authentic self and gain control of their subconscious mind and their moods.
